I'm Adam Witkowski — a volleyball athlete, Pre-DPT student, and coach at CJVA. I've been playing volleyball for 8+ years across club, high school, and collegiate environments, and I bring both the technical skill and the health science knowledge to help you get genuinely better — not just at volleyball, but as an athlete.
I've spent 4 years on mission trips across Africa and Costa Rica, where I learned firsthand that growth happens when someone invests in you. That's the energy I bring to every session.

I'm Adam Witkowski — a volleyball athlete, Pre-DPT student, and CJVA coach. I've been playing volleyball for over 8 years across club, high school, and collegiate environments, and I started right here at CJVA — where a college student coaching a summer camp taught me my first topspin serve and changed the way I thought about the game. That moment is exactly why I came back to coach.
"I believe that growth happens one small step at a time. My dad always said — how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. That's how I coach."
As a pre-PT student, I don't just coach volleyball — I bring an understanding of how the body moves, recovers, and gets stronger. If your athlete is already specializing in one sport, that's actually an advantage in my sessions. We'll use that foundation to build athleticism, stability, and mobility that makes them stand out against peers. Sessions are structured around your individual learning style — some athletes need a visual, some need reps, some need a conversation. I adjust to you.
Over the past 4 years I've had the privilege of traveling the world on mission trips — from working with kids in Africa to meeting 94-year-olds dancing in Costa Rica's Blue Zones. Those experiences shaped how I see people and how I show up as a coach. I believe that the connection between a coach and an athlete is what makes the skill stick. I'm not just here to run drills. I'm here to invest in you.
